What's included

Every engagement

comes with the same foundations.

01

Skill files your team uses immediately

Every session ends with a structured skill file. Your team opens it in Claude and runs the workflow they just practised on your actual reports and data.

02

Live setup and hands-on practice

Participants build their own AI-powered workflows during the session. They leave with tools that work on their real data, not toy examples.

03

Ongoing support between sessions

A dedicated Slack channel keeps your team unblocked between sessions. Edge cases covered, formulas refined, prompts reviewed.

Who it's for

Built for finance teams

drowning in manual reporting.

Teams of 2 to 50 finance professionals. Finance functions running on manual reporting, spreadsheet commentary, and too many hours at month-end. If your team is spending days on work that should take hours, this is built for you.

The only tool your team needs is Claude Pro. No automation platforms, no integrations, no IT involvement required.

Finance Managers and Controllers
Financial Analysts and FP&A teams
Management Accountants
CFOs and Finance Directors
Accounts Payable and Receivable teams
Founders managing finance directly

Your people deserve Better.

Each session runs between 60 and 90 minutes. The time is split across concept delivery, a live demonstration, and hands-on practice — so every minute is spent on actual work, not slides.

We keep sessions to 8 to 10 participants. Small enough that everyone gets meaningful hands-on time, large enough to be worth the investment.

None at all. Every session is built around the specific tasks your team does, which means the starting point is always your work, not a technical baseline. Teams with no AI experience and teams that already use it regularly both get real value from the same session.

Every participant needs a Claude Pro subscription to get the most out of the sessions. Any additional tools your team would benefit from are identified during the discovery call and included in your proposal — nothing is assumed upfront.

All sessions are delivered remotely over Zoom. No travel, no room booking — just your team, their laptops, and the work they already do.

Fully. We build every session around your team's real workflows — the tools you use, the processes you follow, and the tasks that take up most of your time. Even the agenda is custom. Because of this, we do not publish a fixed price. After your discovery call we send a complete proposal covering the agenda, tools, and pricing. Everything is written for you.

Once a session is booked and agreed, we run an immediate kickoff call to go deeper on your team's workflows. From there, your first session can be delivered within 10 days.

Every session is designed to be accessible regardless of prior experience, since all practice is built around your team's actual work rather than technical concepts. For teams with a very wide skill gap, we recommend a short foundations session first to bring everyone to the same baseline — so no one falls behind, and your more experienced people still get full value from the hands-on work.
